District 11NR Information
 

DISTRICT 11NR

Our District area is California, Nevada and Utah. Normally the District Meeting is held on Coast Guard Island, Alameda, California.  Meetings are held each quarter of the year.  The district officers have the designation of DSO, which means District Staff Officer.  The vessel exam district officer would have a designation DSO-VE.  The meetings are run by the elected Commodore and often the Director of the Auxiliary (DIRAUX) is present.  The Operation Training Officer (OTO) is also present.   Both these positions are not Auxiliary, but, officers of the Coast Guard.  Click on the map for the link to D11NR Web Site.

At the District meeting, the Division Captains, Vice Commodore and Commodore vote on various items.

It is strongly recommended tha Flotilla members take advantage of these meetings by attending. It is at these meetings important information is presented
